Dr. William “Bill” Eger is a researcher, author, historian and teacher. He holds a PhD in International Studies with a concentration in U.S. Foreign Policy from Old Dominion University and a Master’s Degree in Military History from Norwich University. He has researched and extensively written about the contributions culture and religion make to politics and government.
This Cultural Arts Celebration event is free and open to the public.
